Counseling Services
I offer counseling services for individuals and families coping with hyperactivity, anxiety, stress, depression, anger, unhealthy relationships, and poor self-esteem.
Clients will develop skills in stress reduction, effective communication, and goal setting to become mindful individuals and lead meaningful lifestyles.
Younger clients may wish to be accepted into an Ivy League University or find themselves in an adventurous career.
I have a solid understanding of admissions and intimate knowledge of top notch educational opportunities and provide you with the guidance you need to inform your career pursuits.
